Now that we are deep into fruit season, we wanted to be sure our
customers know that our partner orchard uses the IPM, integrated
pest management method of growing
.
We are excited that this year, because of a substantial amount of
work we've been doing over the last two years, our own orchards
that use NO chemical pesticides or herbicides, are coming into full
production. Look for our apples, peaches and berries now and in
the coming weeks!

6 varieties of SUMMER SQUASH. 'tis the season! Squash can be lightly blanced and frozen (either cut in rounds or grated). Think like squirrels and stock up for the winter! Eat them fresh in stir frys, grilled, baked or raw in salads. For 10lbs or more, $1.60/lb. Otherwise $1.99/lb
Our CUCUMBERS which are at their peak. We can't get enough of our thinly sliced cucs and onions with a Balsamic vinagrette dressing.
Our WEEDS that some believe have medicinal and healing properties. Use them in salads.
