Important: Commercial Property Tax Bills (which include BID taxes)

Commercial property owners in DC should have received their property tax bill (which includes the BID taxes) by now. If you haven't received it, please let us know, or visit mytax.dc.gov where you can print out a copy and/or pay your bill online.

Update: The DC Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR) has corrected the percentage commercial/residential in all 60 mixed-use properties in Adams Morgan that had received incorrect tax bills in August.

Revised bills for impacted property owners will be mailed out on September 8, 2021, but should property owners want their revised bill sooner/or want to pay it on line you can do so now at: mytax.dc.gov .

If you aren't familiar with the mytax.dc.gov website and need assistance finding your bill, please call Kristen at 202-997-0783 and she can walk you through the system to locate your property tax bill.

It's AMPBID Annual Survey Time

Every year we conduct a survey evaluating our performance from the membership of the Adams Morgan Partnership BID. If you are a commercial property or business owner within the BID boundaries, please take a few minutes to complete this survey . It will help us to provide better services. If you would like a paper copy of the survey, please contact Brian Barrie via email or at 202-536-9515 and we'll get one to you. We've been distributing the surveys by hand, so you may have received one already.
