Perry's Restaurant and Mintwood Place Dominate Lights of Adams Morgan Voting
This event is brought to you by the volunteer organizers of the Adams Morgan Day festival.
In the 2016 Lights of Adams Morgan contest, a panel of distinguished judges selected
Perry's Restaurant
and
Mintwood Place
as having the best holiday decorations. The restaurants, owned by Saied Azali, are located at 1811 and 1813 Columbia Road NW.
The judges also praised the holiday decorations at two Adams Morgan nonprofits: David's Stars Child Development Center (at 2711 Ontario Road NW) and Christ House (at 1717 Columbia Road NW).
Adams Morgan residences that caught the judges' eyes included 2407 16th Street NW and 1759 Euclid Street NW.
Lights of Adams Morgan votes came from the following judges: Christine Brooks, Brian Hart, Hector Huezo, Bill Schultz, Nancy Shia and Bryan Weaver.
