TONIGHT: Outdoor Concert in Kalorama Park with Emma G!


Join us tonight, August 31, from 6-7:30pm as we wrap up our final AdMo Vibe concert of the season with local singer/songwriter, Emma G ! The performance will be held in Kalorama Park (corner of Kalorama & Columbia Roads, NW). Bring your pup, pack a picnic blanket or lawn chair, and mingle with neighbors and friends at this fun, family-friendly event. Thanks to everyone that joined us this past month for our free, outdoor concert series. Based on the response to this series, we hope to do it again next year!

SUNDAY: Adams Morgan Pedestrian Zone Returns!


Visit Adams Morgan this Sunday, September 4, from Noon to 10pm for an open street, free entertainment for all ages, an abundance of shops and restaurants, and no cars at the Adams Morgan Pedestrian Zone ! 18th Street NW between Kalorama and Columbia Roads NW will be closed to vehicular traffic on select Sundays so that pedestrians, pets, people on scooters, cartwheelers, stilt-walkers, runners, and bicyclists have more space to spread out and move safely through the street.

This initiative is brought to you by the Adams Morgan Partnership BID and generously sponsored by Aetna , a health care company that is working to build a healthier world and is contributing to all of the fun, healthy ways to move throughout the pedestrian zone. Aetna is committed to providing individuals, employers, health care professionals and producers with innovative benefits, products and services. The Adams Morgan Pedestrian Zone was made possible by a Streets for the People grant from the DC Office of Planning .
