Stephanie Jacek and her colleagues have completely renovated the former Yoga Chai Studio at 1744 Columbia Road and transformed it into a lingerie store," Le Bustiere".  The concept of the store is a fresh European inspired lingerie boutique offering diverse brands, styles and sizes that are currently unavailable in Washington, DC.

Her mission is to give the intimate apparel enthusiasts what they are looking for, whether it is fit, comfort or style, in an atmosphere that is luxurious and exciting.  She wants to create a connection with the Intimate Apparel Enthusiast that evokes the feeling that Le Bustiere is "my lingerie store."  Please stop in and see them sometime.

Halloween Sober Ride program reminder

Clarence Myers, our Safety Ambassador, will be distributing the poster and business cards for the Washington Regional Alcohol Program's (WRAP) 2013 Halloween SoberRide next week. This program is scheduled to run on Thursday, October 31st, 2013 (Halloween), from 10:00pm to 4:00am on Friday, November 1st, 2013.

WRAP’s SoberRide program is one of the nation’s most successful free cab rides programs for would-be impaired drivers. However, prevention is essential for keeping our highways safe during high-risk holidays.

If your employees need an alcohol awareness presentation, WRAP’s Safe And Vital Employees (SAVE) program is available free of cost to you. This 45-minute, customized presentation will inform employees and/or military personnel about the physical, economic and legal consequences of impaired driving.

More information about SAVE can be found online at http://www.wrap.org/files/adultOutreach.htm , including our 2013 Corporate Guide to Safe Celebrating and Safe Driving , found here .

WRAP's contact person is Tammy Wan and she can be reached at tammy@wrap.org or by phone at 703-893-0461. Thank you!

Visit WRAP at www.soberride.com for a downloadable version of the poster available in both English and Spanish. Please be safe during this holiday.
