Pepco’s will host a Capital Grid Open House tomorrow at 7 PM,

Tuesday, July 25 at The Festival Center at 1640 Columbia Rd., NW

Pepco’s Capital Grid project is a 10-mile infrastructure construction project that will enhance reliability and strengthen the District’s electric system. In addition to the renovation of the Champlain Substation, it includes renovation of the Harvard and Takoma substations and the construction of a new substation in Mount Vernon. Pepco’s subject matter experts will be on hand Tuesday to address community and business-owner’s concerns and review the project’s construction design and schedule.
