Now Open: DC Parking Cashout Law Reporting
|
The DC Parking Cashout Law reporting dashboard is now open! All District employers with 20+ covered employees must report their compliance with or exemption from the law by January 15, 2025.
If you've never reported before, you’ll need to determine if you qualify for an exemption or if you need to choose and implement one of the compliance options below.
-
Clean Air Transportation Fringe Benefit
-
Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Plan
-
Clean Air Compliance Fee
-
**BONUS OPTION: Discontinue free, reimbursed, or subsidized parking. This will remove the criteria that requires you to comply with the law and you can then report an exemption! Find a full list of exemptions on
goDCgo's website
.
If you reported before, you must do so again this year.
Find more information on
goDCgo's website
.
Have questions about the DC Parking Cashout Law?
Stop by goDCgo's virtual office hours on Wednesday, November 6 from 11am-1pm. Their team will be available to answer specific questions about the law and point you towards resources. Once you've registered, you can drop in at any point during the two-hour timeframe to chat with the team!
Come Prepared!
Please note we will not be giving a presentation during these office hours, only answering questions from employers. You should familiarize yourself with the DC Parking Cashout Law by viewing the resources on the
website
before attending. If you would like one-on-one help with implementing a Clean Air Fringe Benefit or creating a TDM Plan, please
schedule a meeting
