Contest Description
Object: To Complete one of the cocktail week trails.
To Begin: Trails are aligned by spirit and by neighborhood. To be entered to win prizes, contestants must complete one trail (either a spirit trail or neighborhood trail). Trails are completed by ordering the "Cocktail Week" drink at each participating restaurant.
Winning the game: Guests who complete a trail must then scan and email their completed game board to

, mail, or hand deliver completed game boards to Washington City Paper, 1400 I Street NW, Suite 900, Washington D.C., 20005 to be eligible for prizes.
Winners will be chosen at random to receive either the grand prize or the secondary prizes. Winners will be notified via email and will be announced in the Nov. 21 issue of Washington City Paper.
The Fine Print
Must be 21 years of age or older. Contestant must purchase the specific "Cocktail Week" drink from the restaurant to receive game token. Contestants must present game card to server/bartender at time of purchase to receive purchase verification. Contestants must complete one full trail (spirit or neighborhood) to be eligible for prizes. Contestants may complete more than one trail. Please drink responsibly. Don't drink and drive.
3) Veteran's Day - Monday November 11th - EVENTS and a reminder!
Just a reminder that Monday is a Federal and DC Government holiday so there is no parking enforcement and curb side parking is free. You should encourage your patrons to take advantage of the FREE cubside parking on Monday and come eat, shop and play all day long!

Reminder: AMPBID Board Meeting November 12 and Marketing Committee November 19th
The next Adams Morgan Partnership BID (AMPBID) Board of Directors' meeting will be Tuesday, November 12th, 2013 at 5 PM at Maga Design Studios at 1838 Columbia Road, NW.
On the agenda are:

Economic Development report from the DC Fiscal Policy Institute
The DC Fiscal Policy Institute completed the economic development study commissioned by the AMPBID Board of Directors and delivered to the board in September. The study assessed the impact of the alcohol moratorium on the economic vitality of Adams Morgan, including property values, market dynamism, impact on retail and comparative growth in Adams Morgan with other parts of the District of Columbia. Any AMPBID member that would like a copy of the report should request it from Kristen.

Free Washington City Paper ad - holiday retail shopping focus
The AMPBID be taking out a full-page ad in the holiday issue of the Washington City Paper on December 5th to help make readers aware of the importance of supporting local Adams Morgan retailers as they shop for the holidays. There is no cost to retailers, since the BID will be picking up the cost.
