Adams Morgan Movie Nights are back TOMORROW with a special Pride Month screening of The Birdcage — and trust us, this one’s not to be missed 💃
🕖 Join us on Marie Reed Field starting at 7:30PM for:
👑 Live performances by neighborhood drag queens
🎁 Pride swag giveaways (yes, feather boas!)
🎶 Music, dancing, and community vibes
💬 Local nonprofits tabling and connecting
🎥 Join us at 7:30 to kick the party off before we start the movie closer to 8:45pm.

PRIDE is almost here and Adams Morgan is getting in the spirit! To kick off our month-long celebration throughout June, we are hosting our second
PRIDE Storefront Decorating Contest
!
All Adams Morgan businesses with storefronts are invited to participate/enter the contest for a cash prize.
There will be two categories for businesses -- Food & Beverage
and
Retail.

First place in each category will receive a
$500 cash prize
-
Second place in each category will receive a
$300 cash prize
-
Third place in each category will receive a
$200 cash prize
Decorations must be Pride-themed and viewable from the sidewalk (exterior decorations). You are welcome to add decorations to the inside of your business as well (bonus points!). Our hope is to come together as a community to make Adams Morgan as festive as possible, increase neighborhood foot traffic during Pride celebrations, and receive increased media attention. Metro continues to work behind the scenes, preparing for the implementation of YOUR new bus network. We are writing schedules for every bus route and stop; training operations and communications staff; updating bus stop signs, maps, and websites; and ensuring our systems and data are updated to provide accurate customer information.

BOARD MEETINGS
The Board of Directors of the Adams Morgan Partnership Business Improvement District meets on the second Tuesday of every month (except August, October, and December).
Meetings are currently being held online as well as in-person (hybrid) and begin at 5pm.
