May 29th - TODAY - Training for Adams Morgan businesses with MPD and ABRA on best practices for nightlife establishments
Just a quick reminder that Assistant Chief Patrick Burke from MPD and Assistant Attorney General Jonathan Berman of ABRA, will be conducting a training on the newly released MPD manual "Best Practices for Nightlife Establishments" on Wednesday May 29th from 3:30 to 5 PM at the Reef at 2446 18th Street, NW. This is only for Adams Morgan businesses. This meeting was previously announced in our May 16th and May 22nd newsletters.
The manual is designed to help owners and managers of night-time establishments develop a safe nightlife atmosphere. All attendees will get a copy of the manual and MPD will review the contents with participants.
If your business is open in the evening, please consider sending staff to this training. Restaurant managers and security staff should absolutely attend.
