Adams Morgan Day Festival:
For over 40 years, Adams Morgan Day has been a family-friendly celebration with music, art and activities for all ages. Adams Morgan Day is organized by the all-volunteer, Adams Morgan Community Alliance, and as Washington, DC’s longest running neighborhood festival, we welcome residents and visitors alike to meet our neighborhood businesses, artists, and service organizations.

Drag Queen Storytime featuring Venus:
Join us for Drag Queen Storytime in Unity Park at 11am! The event is free and open to children of all ages (and perfect for the entire family!). The goal of Drag Queen Storytime is to inspire a love of reading, while teaching deeper lessons on diversity, self-love and an appreciation of others. This event is hosted by the Adams Morgan Partnership BID, in partnership with

DC Public Library
. The DC Public Library will be in attendance with information about local libraries, their famous “book bike” and more! Please be sure to bring a blanket to sit on or small lawn chair. Outdoor Book Festival:
Don't miss the Carpe Librum Adams Morgan Book Festival from 10am-5pm at the corner of Columbia and Adams Mill Roads, NW in BB&T Bank (now Truist) Plaza! Browse thousands of high-quality, gently-used books, CDs, DVDs, and vinyl records - all on sale for under $6. Carpe Librum is a donation-based used bookstore benefiting the DC nonprofit

. There's something for everyone at this sale: children's books, teen reads, brand-new bestsellers in amazing condition, classic vintage hardbacks, and more! Two Adams Morgan bookstores will also be in attendance,

Lost City Books
! Be sure to visit their tables near the entrance of the book sale. Potter’s House will be offering a selection of discounted books ($10-$12), new social justice titles (fiction and nonfiction), a collection of local books and gifts, games and puzzles, and Potter's tote bags and stickers! Lost City Books will be offering a selection of vintage sci-fi, pulps, and mystery books in addition to collectible and signed books plus Lost City Books tote bags and stickers!
