Reminder: AMPBID Reauthorization Hearing - August 31 at 5 PM
The public hearing on the Adams Morgan Partnership BID recertification will be
August 31, 2011 at 5:00 pm.
The meeting room is #123 in the John A. Wilson Building, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. Participants will need photo identification to enter the building. The hearing is hosted by the Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) on behalf of DC Mayor Vincent Gray.

along with the following information, no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, August 22, 2011: (a) the name of the person wishing to testify; (2) his/her company or affiliation; (c) his/her status as a commercial property owner, tenant, representative of an nonexempt property, resident, or private citizen; and (d) a phone number where he/she can be reached. Individuals presenting testimony are requested to bring ten copies of their testimony to the hearing.
Individuals will be limited to 5 minutes of oral testimony and organizations will be limited to 10 minutes of oral testimony. Those who do not wish to testify at the hearing, but wish to present written comments on the application must submit their comments to Gladys Kamau, Department of Small and Local Business Development, 441 4th Street, NW, Suite 970N, Washington, DC 20001, no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, August 22, 2011.
The final recertification package is available for review after August 22, 2011 between 9:30 and 6 pm at the AMPBID offices at 1804 Belmont Road, NW. DSLBD will also make the final application available to the public during weekday normal business hours after August 22nd, 2011 at 441 4th Street, NW, Suite 970N, Washington, DC 20001.
